GRAHAM'S RAILWAYS

A look at my model railways over the years.
MILO MILL
Set in a small town in Northwest England, Milo Mill is the main part of the layout with two more industries. Baggley R.Swipe paper mill, specialising in toiletry products and Bum Valley cleaning products, which are complimentary companies.
The site is connected to British Railways via a branch line. BR shunts wagons into and out of the interchange sidings, private loco's collect the wagons for shunting within the mill area.
The layout is 6ft x 2ft plus a 2ft fiddle yard. All track and points are Peco code100.
Scale is 'OO' with DCC control and wire in tube point control.
The baseboard is made using 2inch, hard foam insulation board within a plywood frame.
Steam and diesel locomotives are proprietary 'out of the box' with weathering.
Rolling stock are also ready to run proprietary wagons.
Most of the main buildings are lazer cut wood kits from MMRmodels.
